Cheap flights from Urumqi to Yerevan

Daylight and temperature in Yerevan change how comfortable sightseeing will be, and they also shape fares. June is the cheapest month shown for this route, but dated fares also appear in November, December, January, May and August, which lets you compare different weeks with school holiday and Christmas periods. If your dates are flexible, midweek departures can be easier to price, and booking earlier usually leaves more choice on direct flights.

FlyArystan is the low-cost carrier, so expect a base fare with extras such as baggage, meals and seat selection sold separately, while China Southern Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Air Astana, Sichuan Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Air China and Uzbekistan Airways are full-service airlines whose fares usually include more. Direct flights operate on this route, but many itineraries connect, so compare total travel time, connection risk and what each ticket includes rather than price alone. If you book separate tickets for a connection, a missed link is your cost, not the airline's.

You land at Zvartnots Intl, which sits a short drive outside central Yerevan, so plan your first hour around getting into town rather than sightseeing. Taxis, buses and pre-booked transfers are the usual options. Check which arrival terminal your flight uses, keep your baggage claim ticket handy, and make sure your onward address is written clearly before you leave the airport.
