Cheap flights from Tel Aviv Yafo to Madrid

The peak of the year for travel between Israel and Spain falls around the Christmas period and the school holidays that follow. Prices ease through spring and summer until February arrives as the cheapest month on this route. You will also notice quieter periods in late autumn when families are not travelling.

Several carriers link Tel Aviv Yafo to Madrid, each routing differently. Wizz Air Malta and Wizz Air UK offer budget fares that may connect through other cities. Full-service operators like Iberia and Aegean Airlines often keep you on one plane or change carriers mid-journey. Tarom flies via Bucharest while Sky Express and Israir provide additional options depending on the day.

Before you land at Madrid's Barajas airport, decide how you will reach the city centre. The terminal sits a reasonable distance from downtown, and you can take a metro line or bus service into town. Some visitors prefer taxis for their convenience after a long flight. Check your arrival time against public transport schedules to avoid waiting in the evening.
