Cheap flights from Nice to Madrid

Madrid enjoys mild weather with long daylight hours in summer, but November brings shorter days and cooler temperatures that coincide with lower fares. School holidays and Christmas periods push prices higher regardless of season. Weekday departures often carry cheaper tickets than weekend flights on this route. Booking a few weeks ahead usually secures better rates than last-minute purchases.

Iberia, Air Nostrum, TAP Portugal and Air Serbia offer full-service tickets that include checked baggage and meal service in the base fare. EasyJet, EasyJet Europe, Wizz Air Malta, Volotea and Vueling Airlines operate as low-cost carriers where seats are basic and everything else costs extra. Portuguese carrier Portug connects Madrid through Lisbon for passengers willing to make a stopover. Some airlines fly direct while others route passengers via their home hub before continuing to the final destination.

Madrid-Barajas is a large airport that handles thousands of daily passengers across several terminals. The facility sits roughly twenty kilometres from central Madrid, reachable by metro or taxi within thirty minutes depending on traffic. Terminal one and terminal four operate separate arrivals halls, so confirm your arrival point before leaving the aircraft. Public transport connections run regularly throughout the day and into evening hours.
