Cheap flights from Krakow to Podgorica

October is the cheapest month on this route, and it is also the comfortable stretch: the Montenegrin coast is still mild while the summer crowds have gone. September and November sit close behind on price, and the calendar runs all year, so winter and early spring fares are worth a look if you only care about getting there. Summer is the expensive part — July and August are peak on the Adriatic, and school holidays push fares up in both countries. Golubovci is Podgorica's airport and the only one serving the capital, a short ride from the city centre. Taxis wait outside arrivals, a local bus runs into town, and plenty of travellers book a transfer in advance, which is worth doing if you land late in the evening. Check whether your accommodation sits in the centre or further out before you pick a transfer, and keep a little local currency for the first leg of the journey. On the Krakow side, Balice is the single airport for the city, so there is no risk of turning up at the wrong one.
