Cheap flights from Krakow to Krabi

March is the cheapest month to fly from Krakow to Krabi, and the price calendar lists fares for September through April plus June. The busiest stretch runs from late autumn into the new year, when travellers from Europe head for Thai sunshine, so book well ahead if your dates fall there. March and April are calmer and usually kinder on the wallet, and June sits between the high season and the summer holidays. If you can move your dates, compare midweek departures against weekend ones and steer clear of the days around Polish public holidays, when the first leg gets busier and dearer.

The airlines on this route mix low-cost and full-service carriers, and none of them fly it non-stop. Air Arabia and Fly Dubai are the low-cost names, so read the fare conditions and check whether a checked bag is included before you commit. Thai Airways Intl, Lufthansa, Austrian, Turkish Airlines, Finnair and Brussels Airlines are full-service, where a meal and a baggage allowance are more often part of the ticket — confirm that on the booking. Nordic Regional Airlines and Hahn Air show up on some connections as operating or ticketing carriers, so look at who actually flies each leg.

You land at Krabi airport, the only airport serving the province, a short drive from Krabi town centre. Shared vans and taxis wait outside arrivals, and the run into town is quick, while the beach areas along the coast take considerably longer, so allow for that if you are heading straight to the sand. Because you arrive on a connection, ask at the first check-in whether your bags are tagged all the way through to Krabi, and keep your onward boarding pass within reach. If you land after dark, arrange your transfer before you fly rather than sorting it at the kerb.
