October is usually the cheapest month to fly this route, and the shoulder months around it — September and November — tend to stay reasonable while the weather is still mild on the Aegean side. Hahn Air is a ticketing specialist rather than a conventional airline, so you may see it on a booking without boarding a plane with that name. Compare the total, not just the headline fare.

Warsaw has two airports, and they are not interchangeable. F. Chopin is the main one and sits closest to the centre, with a train and several bus lines running into town and a taxi rank outside arrivals. Modlin is the second airport, much further out, and it is mostly used by low-cost carriers; buses timed to flight arrivals are the usual way in, and a taxi ride into town is a long one. Check which airport your booking actually uses before you plan the last leg — the code on your ticket decides it. Allow extra time if you land late at night, when buses thin out.
