Cheap flights from Izmir to Krakow

Krakow's airport is Balice, set outside the city rather than in it, so plan the last stretch into town. A train and a bus both link the terminal with the centre, and taxis and ride-hailing cars wait outside arrivals; the run in is short by the standards of a large city. If you connect through Warsaw or a western European hub on one ticket, your bag is usually checked through to Balice, but on separate tickets you collect it and check in again. Watch the landing time, because late-evening arrivals leave fewer buses running. At the departure end there is nothing to puzzle over: Izmir has one airport, Adnan Menderes.
