Cheap flights from Heraklion to Prague

Prague is coldest in winter, with short daylight, and long evenings in summer. School holidays and Christmas push fares up, while February is the cheapest month shown for flights from Heraklion to Prague. Midweek departures can be easier to pair with those dates, and connecting seats can become scarce around the peak periods.

Every itinerary on this route connects, so compare routing, connection time and whether bags are checked through. Volotea, Air Serbia, Norwegian International, Aegean Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Sky Express, Easyjet, Transavia France, Jet2 and Olympic Air all appear on the route. Fare rules differ by carrier and ticket type, so check what is included before comparing totals, especially baggage, seats and priority.

Ruzyne is Prague's main airport and a large terminal complex, so allow time for arrivals, baggage and the walk to transport. Transfers into the centre use a mix of bus and metro or taxi, and late-night arrivals need checking against reduced service hours. Check your arrival terminal and keep documents handy for border control.
