Cheap flights from Hangzhou to Milan

Book several weeks ahead for better fares on this connecting route. January stands out as the cheapest month overall if your schedule allows winter travel. School holidays, Christmas and other busy periods tend to push prices up across all carriers listed here.

Full-service carriers such as China Eastern Airlines, Air China, Cathay Pacific and Etihad Airways include checked baggage and seat selection in most fares. Budget options like West Air China, Beijing Capital Airlines, Tianjin Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and Uzbekistan Airways charge separately for extras. China Southern Airlines sits somewhere between those models depending on the fare class you pick.

You can land at Bergamo/Orio al Serio airport near the mountains or at Linate close to Milan city centre. Malpensa is the biggest hub farther out with more flight options and shuttle connections. From any of these airports you will need a train or bus to reach central Milan.
