Late autumn and the weeks after the winter holidays are usually calmer, and fares on the European routes to Paris, London, Frankfurt or Milan tend to settle outside those windows. Flying midweek rather than at the start or end of the weekend also helps, and booking well ahead gives you more choice of airline between Incheon and Gimpo.
