Cheap flights from Dalaman to Barcelona

School holidays, Christmas and Barcelona's summer travel season can all affect fares on this route, so dated prices may move quickly in those periods. December shows lower fares in the current data, while January, May, June and July offer other price points to compare. Look across different weekdays, allow enough time for connections, and use the price calendar instead of assuming one week is always cheaper.

Turkish Airlines is a useful starting point for travellers who want a single ticket with a connection, followed by British Airways and BA EuroFlyer; the list also includes Wizz Air UK, Easyjet, Pegasus, Sun Express, Ajet, Jet2 and Edelweiss Air. Full-service and low-cost fare styles can overlap, so compare baggage, seats, meals and changes for each ticket. Remember that every itinerary here connects rather than flying nonstop, and check whether one ticket protects the whole journey.

You land at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona -, the main airport for the city, which sits south-west of central Barcelona. Trains, metro links, airport buses and taxis are the usual ways into town, but the best choice depends on your terminal, arrival time and luggage. In the first hours, allow time for passport checks and baggage reclaim, then keep your accommodation address handy for the driver or transit app. Watch for unofficial taxi offers, confirm your terminal before leaving, and check the last public transport departure if you land late.
