Cheap flights from Batumi to Istanbul

December tends to offer lower prices on this route compared with busier periods around summer and the winter holidays. Weekday departures outside school holiday windows usually provide better value, while peak travel months see higher demand. Checking a price calendar helps identify when fares dip below average levels without needing fixed dates.

Full-service carriers like Turkish Airlines and Georgian Airways include checked baggage as part of their fare, whereas low-cost options such as Pegasus charge extra for bags and seat selection. Other airlines appear on the route but operate different service models that affect what comes included in your ticket price. Comparing these carriers side by side shows how bundle structures vary between providers.

Istanbul Airport handles a large volume of passengers, which means longer walks inside terminals and more time needed for ground transfers compared to smaller airports. Sabiha Gokcen sits closer to certain parts of the city but requires separate arrangements since it is not connected by metro. Taxis and shuttle services run from both locations into central districts throughout the day.
