Getting to the city
The cheapest way into the city is usually the public-transport option that serves the airport, but compare it with a taxi or transfer for late arrivals and heavy luggage; allow extra time if your ticket names Tenerife Sur instead of Tenerife Norte, and avoid treating the two airports as interchangeable when you plan onward travel.
